AE Global (AEG), a leading custom packaging and supply chain solutions provider serving regulated and consumer products industries, today announced the acquisition of TPK Ceramics, a manufacturer of fully ceramic zirconia vape hardware, along with its distribution affiliate, TPK Distribution.
 

Founded by Trey Kavooras and Nigel Dandridge, TPK Ceramics has established itself as a leading manufacturer of ceramic vape hardware, with a focus on quality, consistency, and performance. Since pioneering the fully ceramic cartridge in 2017 and the zirconia cartridge in 2019, TPK has developed hardware for many of the most recognized cannabis brands across North America.
 

The acquisition strengthens AE Global’s growing vape division, combining TPK’s specialized ceramic hardware expertise and manufacturing capabilities with AE Global’s packaging, project management, distribution, and supply chain infrastructure. TPK Ceramics will continue to operate as a standalone brand within the AE Global family, with its factory, team, products, quality standards, and customer relationships remaining in place.
 

As part of the acquisition, TPK co-founders Trey Kavooras and Nigel Dandridge will join AE Global to provide leadership across its vape division.
