(SunPac), a South Florida–based industrial packaging distributor with deep expertise in equipment and automation sales, systems integration, and technical service.

Founded in 1991 by Len and Michael Goldstein, SunPac has built a 34-year legacy as a trusted partner to manufacturers seeking consumables and end-of-line automation solutions. While widely known as a packaging distributor, SunPac’s distinguishing strength lies in its performance-driven approach to automation equipment, including system specification, implementation, preventative maintenance, and on-site technical service.

This acquisition meaningfully advances AE Global’s strategy to scale its automation equipment and service division, a key pillar of the company’s solutions-based offering.

The expanded team enhances AEG’s ability to support complex, automated packaging lines with responsive, localized service, while maintaining the independence and flexibility customers expect.

As part of the transaction, Michael Goldstein and the entire SunPac team will remain with the business, ensuring continuity for existing customers. Day-to-day operations will continue without disruption, supported by the same service-first model SunPac customers rely on today, now reinforced by AE Global’s national distribution network, vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities, and expanded operational resources.
